Cuban Ambassador presents his credentials

The Ambassador of Cuba, HE Jose Luis Robaina Garcia, inspects the guard of honour from the Royal NZ Navy prior to presenting his credentials to Governor-General, Hon Anand Satyanand, on 1 November 2007. Mr Garcia is the first Ambassador from Cuba to be resident in New Zealand.
