  • <span class="title">Turkey</span><br/>The new Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey, HE Mehmet Taser, picks up the dart offered by a member of the New Zealand Defence Force Māori cultural party before presenting his credentials to Governor-General, Sir Anand Satyanand.

The Governor-General, Hon Sir Anand Satyanand, accepted the credentials of the new ambassadors from Turkey, Brazil, Cambodia and Romania at a ceremony at Government House Vogel in Lower Hutt on 8 July 2009.
